Brief Introduction of the position

1. Formulate monthly and annual production plans that meet the sales demand by the company's total vehicle volume and subdivision models.

2. Formulate order release and scheduling rules, design order mixed-line scheduling plan and change plan, and track order completion

Key Tasks

• Formulating monthly/weekly/daily production program based on the PPA program.
• Formulating and optimizing the workflow of order balance, order modification, and order plan adjustment.
• According to the annual production plan, analyzing and balancing the annual and production capacity of the factory.
• Formulating order release rules, order release timeline and order modification process, and being responsible for order list steering and analysis, order tracking.
• Other tasks assigned by the leader.
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible

Qualification and skills

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Vehicle Engineering, Business Management, Machinery Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering and other related majors
• At least 5 years above working experience in automotive industry, esp. Program planning work experience priority.
• Strong experience in data statistics and production management.
• Having a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Good language skills in English and /or German.
