Job Overview工作概述:
Converting business leads to successful onboarding sellers.
Cold call to potential business leads.
Helping market managers prepare promotion for existing sellers.
联系潜在商家,审核商家资质文件,使商家成功入驻网站。帮助市场经理为现有商家做好促销准备。
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Outbound call for leads validation and first batch contact to verify sellers’ basic portfolios/motivation/readiness
2. Call down the potential seller list (generated by Ops): 50 sellers/day,20k sellers to call per year
3. Inquiry seller’s willingness to convert their top selections from MFN/lite to CGF
4. Collect promotion items from AMs and work with global merchandising team to arrange deals, set up coupons, double check coupons, check inventory, check pricing, etc
Qualifications:
1. 0-3 years’ working experience, operation and call center is preferred.
2. Familiar to Office framework
3. Medium and above level in English (both oral and written)
4. Reading and speaking in Korean is preferred.
