• Product positioning and Value Proposition Analysis
- Generation of VPA for agreed focus product groups (e.g. prior to market introduction)
- Analysis and proposal of correct pricing especially prior to market introductions.
• Marketing Communication for product group:
- Definition Channels; Marketing Concepts for product groups; Content Creator product marketing;
Social Media Content; Market analysis for marketing collaterals
• Communication of PLM-Topics:
- Communication of PLM-Topics to Sales and regional promotion with according to communication
methods
- Customer visits together with sales regarding new requirements or on sales / promoter request
• Market Intelligence & Analysis Product:
- Competitive Situation, Price Positioning, Regional Requirements, Standards, Sales Channels,
Top-Customers, Applications
- Transfer of Information towards PLM-Team e.g. with Portfolio Workshops
- Generation of Competitive Argumentations
• Promotion & Roll-out of products:
- Generation of roll-out strategy and promotion/marketing concepts for new products
- Alignment, definition and execution of sales and marketing measures
- Identification of additional potentials in established business and generation of additional
measures
- Generation of the promotion roadmap
• Know-How of regional promotion:
- Generation of content for communication (in collaboration with customer experience) of PLM-
Topics especially with focus on promotion
• Defining price strategy for responsible product groups and report deviations
