Job Description：
 Successfully manage the relationship with customer and stakeholders;

 Develop and implement an overall customer strategy based on business targets;

 Collaboration with project sales team;

 Commercial mgt. including: EBIT, cash flow, AR, sample DNI, etc.;

 Perform risk management to minimize project risks;

 Engineering change management including technical concept clarification, cost & timing impact and commercial proposal.

 Be able to make presentation or speech in English;
Qualifications：
 Bachelor degree or above;

 Min. 3 years or above of working experience in sales and project management with strong emphasis on product development, meanwhile commercial view of overall situation is preferred;

 Experience with direct customers contact, basic know-how in Automotive industry；

 Fluent in both oral and written English；
