Job Responsibilities
: 1. Find new customers and explore business opportunities.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's sales goals.
3. Build and maintain long-lasting and solid strong relationships with customers, working with them to better understand their business goals and needs.
4. Analyze product trends and market conditions, including competitor movements and the development of the sales process, to achieve sales targets.
5. Plan sales promotions, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns by focusing on company image and brand visibility.
6. Develop a sales process to achieve goals.
7. Manage sales forecasts and performance, provide reports to Thailand office.
Qualifications
: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or related field.
2. Have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of modern trade and general trade.
3. Entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills, results-oriented, self-motivated and pragmatic ability.
4. Data-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
6. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing with all levels of the business function.
7. Ability to work under pressure and business dynamics.
8. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
