• Will be involved in the software development life cycle and agile methodology from project initiation, requirements, application development, implementation, maintenance and post-implementation review phases.
• Lead design thinking sessions and requirements discussion with customers; conduct requirement analysis to ensure the implementation feasibility of functional specifications. Highlight requirement gaps, disproportional construction efforts, technical challenges and any other issues.
• Successfully translate users’ requirements into use cases, technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Must have experience working in banking domain
• 3 years working experience as technical Business Analyst
• Have experience in issues/problems and change management processes
