RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Help to create end-to-end prototypes of varying fidelity and conduct UX reviews of implementation；

2. Support user research efforts by helping to develop research plans, analyses and syntheses, maintaining research documentation, and incorporating findings into design prototypes；

3. Work with other UX designers and stakeholders in different time zones for efficient collaborative design work；

4. Assist in planning and facilitating design workshops and co-innovation sessions for product enhancements；

5. Work closely with other designers to create feasible designs in accordance with Fiori's guidelines .

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

1. Ability to articulate rationale of design and research decision making in a clear and logical manner whether via conversations or presentations;

2. Clearly articulate design interaction details to engineers for understanding of the mockups and flows;

3. Ability to collaborate and communicate with customers and internal teams;

4. Demonstrate humility and a low ego.

What you bring

1. Bachelor or Master of Design, Psychology, Sociology or a related design research field;

2. Fluency in English;

3. 1-3 years of hands-on UX design experience, preferably in both web and mobile design;

4. Team player, empathetic, open-minded, self-driven and reliable, creative and pragmatic, problem-solving oriented, eager to learn and share your knowledge;

5. A strong portfolio that showcases your UX work, explaining your role on the projects, with examples of functional designs that you have created from start to finish;

6. Solid knowledge of the fundamentals of UX design and the ability to apply appropriate research methods and produce workable solutions at different stages of a product/feature;

7. Experience with modern design tools: Figma.
