Key Responsibility:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive financial management strategies to support the operational and growth objectives of the company.

2. Responsible for the annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecast.

3. Follow up, analysis, interpretation and comments regarding actual results, forecasts and targets to the management team and in an accurate and timely manner.Driver of improvements in both reporting and forecasting accuracy.

4. Drive Net Working Capital efficiency and overall business performance by interpreting & communicating financial analysis to the relevant stakeholders for any possible improvement opportunities.

5. Ensure compliance and execution of control procedures in an effective manner, make sure a robust control environment in the company.

6. Oversee daily financial activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and financial analysis. Responsible for accounting and taxation policy and daily operation

7. Monitor and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

8. Work with PA business controllers to ensure the consolidation of the financial results according to Sandvik Group Financial Guideline

9. Other assignment on ad hoc basis

Required profile:

1. At least 5 years working experiences as business controller or manager in a multinational company; experience of managing finance department of a manufacturing plant is a strong plus.

2. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or financial management.

3. Familiar with ERP system.

4. Outcome focused.

5. High level of professionalism, honesty and integrity, team player

6. High level of financial analysis skills.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
