Responsibilities:

• Be a commercial point of contact for the customer.
• Invoicing and collection of payments from customers and monitoring project cash flow.
• Responsible for commercial matters of assigned projects throughout the contractual life cycle (e.g. payment security, bonds, insurance, etc.).
• Provide contractual advice to the project management team and support on customer correspondence.
• Manage contractual changes and lead change order and claim settlement.
• Elaboration of back-2-back subcontract conditions.

Requirements:

• 5+ year experience in project/contract management or related discipline, international construction or plant experiences is preferable.
• 5+ year in multinational company or project organization.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in project management, juris or foreign trade.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Experience with FIDIC terms preferred
• Negotiation skills
