Branding & Social media updates
· Deliver universities’ updates/selling points/features via all available social media, including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Xiao Hong Shu, short video platforms, website and e-zines which fit for China market
· Monitor platforms for customer feedback and determine what appeals to target consumer groups, incorporating these findings into content
· Deliver Result & Destination/students stories/programmes informations/testimonials etc. via social media above across all centres
· Develop more possible social media and original contents
· Make sure the content on the company CN website is up-to-date
· Develop and cooperate with press and local portal websites to promote all centres widely
Marketing materials & Design
· Localize marketing collaterals on time and within budget, including ONCAMPUS brochures/pre-arrivals/Lites/student handbooks/programme flyers, etc.
· Work closely with sales team and central marketing to design and produce local Quick Guide/ Result & Destination/successful student’s stories/testimonial videos, etc.
· Work closely with sales team to design marketing materials as requested, including flyers, invitation letters, banner stands, posters, business cards, etc.
· Manage marketing materials and present them to sales or agents properly, including brochures, photos, videos etc.
· Systematically update both online and offline materials when changes are required
· Work closely with sales team to produce business gifts as requested within the budget
· Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for short video content, coordinate and execute video shoots, and edit and post-produce videos to achieve desired visual effects and storytelling.
Communication
· Communicate with central marketing, center based staff and sales team to update and circulate marketing materials, ensure consistency of brand and content across all centres
· Communicate with central marketing, center based staff to collect and launch R&D, successful stories, testimonials every year
· Communicate with central/local marketing and sales team to update planning and timeline of ONCAMPUS China marketing progress on a weekly/monthly basis.
Destination messaging
· Deep dive analysis of each destination (UK, EU) to develop contents fit for China market and design messages for student facing posts via multi-platform to expose our centres.
Administrative duties
· Work closely with CSS (China Sales Support) to manage stock of marketing collateral, and ensure all materials are sufficient, espesically in exhibition season
· Communicate with vendors to ensure all marterials are produced and delivered on time with high quality
· Support events onsite like agent workshop and exhibitions when it is necessary
· Undertake any other duties commensurate with the status of the post, as deemed necessary by Marketing Manager.
Working measurement:
· Branding by social media to promote ONCAMPUS centers, pathway programmes, etc.
· Create WeChat posts according to branding/communication/recruitment requirements, usually 2-3 posts per week, and aim to meet the target of page views and followers increase
· Active posts and interactions on Weibo, Zhihu and any other social media platforms
· Develop video platforms, and update when there is new video released from centres or partner universities, and develop original video content according to China market demand
· Any new single brochure should translate & print within 3 weeks
· Generate 20+ students stories, testimonials with sales, central marketing and centre based staff per calender year
· Co-ordinate the process for delivery of new materials from the printer to the stock and the distribution company
· Response sales, agents in 24-48 hours
Education and experience
• Educated to degree level or beyond, ideally with a graphic design and/or marketing-related qualification.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar marketing services role, ideally within the Education sector.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Premiere Pro or other video editing software, etc.
• Good written and oral communication skills required to understand customers' needs and deliver the best for them in terms of creativity
• The ability to manage own projects to meet deadlines
• Experience using social media platforms beneficial
• Proven experience in video production and editing.
