Job Descriptions:
1. 建立完善公司质量管理体系及各产品认证体系（ASME, PED, UL, 锅炉安装资质，压力管道生产资质）
Establish and improve the company’s quality management system and each product certification (ASME, PED, UL, Boiler installation qualification/Pressure piping) system
2. 和第三方/政府部门做好沟通，负责各认证及评审的准备，协调和联络工作
Communicate with third parties/government, responsible for the preparation, coordination and liaison works of certifications and reviews.
3. 指导并督促相关部门贯彻执行体系文件，并检查其执行状况，对不合格项进行记录并追踪改善。
Guide and supervise relevant departments to implement the system documents, check the execution status, record and track the nonconforming items
4. 组织相关部门的体系文件培训工作
Organize system documents training for relevant departments
5. 定期对各体系文件进行内部审核，及时发现问题并提出改进措施。
Conduct internal audit of all system documents regularly, to find problems in time and propose actions
Job Requirements:
1. 学士或以上学位，理工科专业
Bachelor or above degree, engineering relatives
2. 持有国家市场监督管理总局颁发的无损检测人员证（RT II 或UT II）
Hold the RT-II or UT-II NDT certificate issued by AQSIQ
3. 机械行业从事质量体系工程师两年以上工作经验
2+ years’ experience as Quality System Engineer in mechanical industry
4. 熟悉锅炉/压力管道的质量管控，ASME/PED/UL 认证
Be familiar with quality control of boiler/pressure piping, ASME/PED/UL certificates
5. 优秀的人际交往能力，计划、组织和管理活动的能力，以及有效沟通的能力
Excellent interpersonal skill, communication skills, the ability to plan, organize and manage activities and people
6. 熟练使用Office办公软件
Skilled with Microsoft Office
7. 英语听说读写流利
Fluent English skills in both written and spoken.
