职位说明：
1、按检测计划完成RoHS测试项目,对所负责仪器进行维护;
Complete RoHS testing projects according to the testing schedule and maintain the responsible instruments.
2、根据作业需求开发测试方法，主持编制测试作业指导书；
Develop testing methods based on operational requirements and lead the preparation of testing operation manuals.
3、接受内部质量体系的审核,对实验室检测流程进行改善;
Undergo internal quality system audits and improve laboratory testing processes.
4、协助产线对PCBA进行失效分析;
Assist production lines with failure analysis of PCBA.
5、完成上级主管指派的其它工作.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
职位要求：
1、化学（材料、环境、食品、生物）本科及以上学历；
Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry (Materials, Environmental, Food, Biology).
2、具备化学分析经验,熟悉化学检测流程及过程质量控制，熟悉IEC/ISO17025体系优先;
Experience in chemical analysis, familiarity with chemical testing processes and process quality control. Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with the IEC/ISO 17025 system.
3、具备GC-MS、AAS、UV、IC、ICP-OES、FTIR及SEM-EDS专业知识及应用经验优先，具有PCBA失效分析经验优先;
Prior knowledge and application experience in GC-MS, AAS, UV, IC, ICP-OES, FTIR, and SEM-EDS is preferred. Experience in PCBA failure analysis is also advantageous.
4、具备对化学实验用品的风险管控定性;
Ability to manage and assess the risks associated with chemical laboratory supplies.
5、工作习惯良好，具备不断学习创新能力；
Good work habits and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
