薪资待遇：
薪资构成：底薪 + 业务提成（或跟单提成） + 销售绩效奖励 + 年终奖 + 各项福利补贴

业务岗：税前 4000 - 7000 底薪
主管岗：税前 5000 - 8000 底薪

Job introduction:
Our growing company is looking for a motivated individual to cooperate with the oversea sales department which mainly focus on EMEA marker. The position requires attention to detail, analysis of our current structures and improvement of the processes. The position will also have to handle a small number of accounts by himself.
Management Jobs:
- Follow with the sales management team and ensure that all tasks are finished in time
- Proactively find weaknesses of the current workflow and improve them;
- Create sales strategies to sell more products to ACME existing accounts and ensure that they are successful and can be measured;
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Work closely with the manufacturer headquarter to improve the sales process to customers;
- Maintain and strengthen relationship to some of ACME key accounts
- Handle all aspects of these key accounts such as processing their orders and special requirements, handling potential complaints etc;
- Keep an overview over the department’s orders, payments, logistics etc. by filling out databases
- Proactively communicate with customers about company developments, news, updates etc.
- Prepare and participate in domestic & international exhibitions as required;
