The position is located in the Beijing R&D center. You are overall responsible for the E/E measure plan, the implementation plan and a conflict free E/E Synchroplaning incl. Change management in a vehicle project with split responsibilities between Germany and China and different companies, wherein your scope lies in the total E/E integration and validation.
Your role supports BMW headquarter in Germany to jointly develop the ABEE (Android Based E/E system) with a Chinese partner and a joint venture company vehicles of different brands. "
Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for E/E Measurment plan (MP), the Implementation Plan and a conflict-free E/E Synchro plan. Steers the content of MP & IP.
- Responsible for E/E Change Management (within the E/E Synchro plan) and steers the changes for configuration of the next integration steps
- Steers process of MP/IP towards the product line.
- Communicate and align transparently the project status between BMW and the new JV.
- Coordinate the target achievement of agreed deliverables towards BMW AG and the new JV.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (master and above with international studies) in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge in vehicle E/E system integration.
- Knowledge in vehicle E/E development/integration processes and overall processes.
- Profound knowledge in project management and process management
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent language skills in English (written and oral); German language skills are highly appreciated
- Excellent language skills in Chinese (written and oral)
- Valid driver’s license which is at least 2 years old and good driving capabilities resulting from regular car usage.

Working experience in automotive industry in E/E area
Project management experience
