The Position is in charge to identify, follow up, study & analyze Global & China semi-conductor standard drafting & release activity. Participate in the standard drafing processes & perform impact analysis and leading/working with global & local cross function team to ensure internal/external design is fulfilling the standardization and fulfilling the role "Function Owner" as defined in the ITO.

Major Responsibilities

• Collect, Identify, follow up, study & analyze local semi-conductor & relevant standard drafting & release activity. Align and share the standard deployment portfolio to involved/relevant local & global BMW organization.
• Ensure new standard is acknowledge and communicate within organization.
• Overall status reporting on involved communication topic for internal & external activity
• Steady alignment and communication with the relevant process partners in China and with BMW Germany.
• Repsonsible and leading the overaching of industry standard requirement analysis, deployment & development scope defined by system-organization according to the derived targets.
• Support internal/external standard analysis & development team on new standard deployment issue analysis and clarification.
• Work closely with cross function team, product development team for standard study & impact analysis.
• Lead end to end topic for new standard drafting to release from relevant authorities.
• Lead and work with team members and support the continuous follow up of local & global standard deployment activity.
• Support the project budget & resource planning process.

Qualifications

• Engineeering degree (Bachelor or above) in electrical, electronics and networks engineering or similar.
• (Subject) university degree in electrical engineering, physics, micro/nanosystems technology or a comparable degree.
• Several years of professional experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Profound knowledge of semiconductor electronics as well as assembly and connection technology
• Structure and analytic thinking, open minded and highly self-organized.
• Microsoft Office skills (WORD/EXCEL/POWERPOINT).
• Knowledge of automotive electronics and project management. (time, budget, resource management/planning/monitoring).
• Knowledge in product/system/tool development process and hands-on experience (system/product deployment)
• Very high motivation, high resilience and a confident and communicative appearance.
• Excellent language skills in English/Chinese (written and oral) mandatory.

Experience

• Work experience in the semiconductor industry or similar. (4-6years)
• Work experience semiconductor or automotive product development. (4-6years)
