一、岗位职责:
1. 销售支持
• 协助海外销售团队准备销售材料,如产品介绍、报价单、宣传资料等。
• 处理客户的初步咨询和常见问题解答,收集客户信息并及时反馈给销售团队。
2. 项目协调
• 跟进销售项目的进度,协调内部各部门之间的沟通与合作,确保项目按时推进。
• 协助解决项目执行过程中的问题和挑战,及时向上级汇报项目进展情况。
3. 市场调研
• 收集和分析海外市场信息,包括竞争对手情况、行业趋势等,为销售策略制定提供支持。
• 协助制定市场推广计划和参与市场活动的策划与执行。
4. 文档管理
• 负责销售合同、订单等相关文档的整理、归档和管理。
• 维护客户数据库,确保客户信息的准确和及时更新。
5. 沟通协调
• 与海外客户保持良好的沟通,及时回复邮件和处理客户需求。
• 协助组织和安排与海外客户的会议、电话会议等。
6. 行政支持
• 安排销售团队的出差行程,包括机票预订、酒店安排等。
• 负责会议的组织和会议记录的整理。
7. 数据分析
• 收集和整理销售数据,协助制作销售报表和分析报告。
8. 其他工作
• 完成上级领导交办的其他临时性任务,积极配合团队工作,以达成公司的销售目标。
二、任职需求:
大学本科以上毕业,墨西哥籍,精通西班牙语和英语,熟悉中文,有良好的沟通和协调能力。
三、工作地点:克里塔罗市;业务范围:北美。
The job responsibilities of an overseas sales project assistant usually include the following aspects:
1. Sales Support
• Assist the overseas sales team in preparing sales materials, such as product introductions, quotations, promotional materials, etc.

2. Project Coordination

3. Market Research

4. Document Management

Position Requirements:
