职责内容:
1、安排好客户大货的生产工作,跟踪好生产进度,并适时与相关部门进行协调;
2、加强与工厂的沟通,了解夹单排期,随时掌握订单运作情况,跟踪客人查货情况,协助解决客人提出的问题;
3、不断与部门外籍Manager 沟通交流,提高自身与工厂和客户的沟通能力、增长业务知识,以提高客户满意度为工作宗旨。
任职要求:
1、3年以上外贸公司梭织服装大货订单操作经验;
2、英语口语熟练,能够流利的与客户和部门Manager进行沟通;
3、个性温和,有优秀的团队合作精神和沟通能力;
4、具有一定的抗压能力和独立解决问题的能力,有与外籍人士共事的经历者佳。
The Job Responsibility:
--Order handling ,general follow up on orders and samples
--Arranging samples,negotiation on terms and prices
--Developing sales samples on already existing customers
--Customer service and communication with factories
--Ensure follow up and fast response on requests from Clients in relevant markets
--Continuously improve the quality of communication with the clients
--Work independently and report the progress situation to the team leader
The Requirements:
-- College graduate or above majoring textile or relevant background
-- Fluency in spoken and written English, preferably a good command in Garments;
-- More than 3 years working experience on Woven merchandising.
-- Good communication skills between customers and factories
-- Familiar with different kinds of Woven yarn and fabric
-- Good sense of responsibility, good teamwork
-- Experience in multinational corporations is definitely an advantage.
