发动机结构工程师（结构分析）
1)参考康明斯分析工作指导，执行工程标准工作（ESW）和设计验证计划与报告（DVP&R）所规定的工作。应用疲劳和耐久性原理，通过数字建模确定组件和系统的寿命，评估组件温度、固有频率、模态振型、位移、应变/应力、磨损和疲劳寿命，得出影响产品设计决策的结论，并为产品改进和验证提供指导意见和建议。
2)硕士及以上学历，固体力学、机械设计、内燃机、车辆工程等专业
3)英语读写能力强，并具有一定的听说能力
4)能运用有限元分析软件完成结构分析和疲劳分析，有ANSYS、FE-safe、Matlab使用经验者优先；有从事过结构拓扑优化、分析流程自动化等研究课题者优先；有运用有限元方法解决实际失效问题者优先
5)积极进取、沟通能力强、具有团队精神
Engine Mechanics Engineer （Structural Analysis）
1)Perform engineering standard work (ESW) and work required by design verification plan and report (DVP&R) according to Cummins analysis work instruction. Apply principles of fatigue and durability, determine component and system life via numerical modeling, evaluate component temperature, natural frequency, modal shape, displacement, strain/stress, wear and fatigue life, and draw conclusions that influence product design decisions, and provide guidance and suggestions for product improvement and validation.
2)Master degree or above in solid mechanics, mechanical design, internal combustion engine, vehicle engineering, etc
3)Be good at English reading and writing, and have certain ability of listening and speaking
4)Can use finite element analysis software to complete structural analysis and fatigue analysis, have ANSYS, FE-SAFE, Matlab experience is preferred; Experience in structural topology optimization, analysis process automation and other research topics is preferred; The ability to use finite element method to solve actual failure problem is preferred.
