Purpose & Mission:
- Provide customers with the right solution and secure the best performance
- Support the market development to increase DeLaval’s market share
Responsibility:
- Pre & Post sales support to sales & service technicians
- New product launch and development
- Communicate with Cluster & PMD for product related issues (technical clarification, warranty claims…etc.)
- Organize trainings to improve the whole organization’s technical competence (Sales, services and installers...)
- Competitor investigation & market analysis
Key deliverables
(maximum 5):
- Satisfy customer’s demand with appropriate solutions
- Successful launch of new products in China
- Specification and quotation
- Updating Product FAB and Competitor comparison
Competency & qualification requirements:
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly is a key requirement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English spoken and written
- Science and engineering Education background is preferred
- Good business sense and market analysis skill is preferred
- System integration experience is preferred
