Responsibilities

• Manage the defoamer product portfolio, including coordination with different
  supplier. Trouble shooting the product issue.


• Develop new products, with the expectations from technical marketing.


• Upscale lab formulation to production and SOP for production process in consultation with Process Chemist on Production site.


• Develop test protocol for customer site, for sales team to provide better technical services on site.


• Analytical work: evaluate the field trial along with technical marketing and use
  those success/failure to enhance defoamer product line


• Occasional travel requirement to customer site.


• Prepare report and materials to support product launches and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Science, Surfactant chemistry.


• At least 10 years of working experience in defoamer industry. Hands on experience in developing new products and scale up in production preferred.


• Verbal and written communication in Chinese. English will be added advantage


• Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with various teams. Able to work on aggressive timelines.
