Responsibilities:
工作职责
- Responsible for overall HR and administrative operation work at Sonance China Office
负责Sonance中国办公室的人事行政运营工作
- Responsible for all talent acquisition activities, including identifying hiring platform, job posting, talent research, salary research, conducting initial phone screens, onboarding preparation, supporting employee engagement events, etc.
负责所有人才招聘活动,包括确定招聘平台,发布职位,人才调研,薪资调研,进行初步电话筛选,准备入职安排, 举办员工活动等
- Work with the New Product Development team to support the receiving, organizing, and shipping of development samples. Create documentation of incoming and outgoing sample packages on a weekly basis.
协助新产品开发团队接收样品,管理样品,快递样品。每周追踪进出样品清单
- Responsible for on-time office supply and utilities purchases, space organization,office management, and maintenance to keep the office clean and tidy.
负责办公用品的及时采购和办公空间的组织,办公室的管理和维护,保持办公室的整洁
- Assist visitors with invitation letters, hotel booking, transportation booking, helping visitors, ordering lunch when needed.
协助来访同事的邀请函,酒店预订,交通预订,接待访客,在需要的时候订购午餐
- Training new employees on expense reporting.
培训新员工做费用报销报告
- Manage office and lab assets.
管理办公室/实验室资产
- Support other practices and events as assigned by management.
支持其他同事工作以及管理层交办的其他工作
- Participate in team meetings or event where necessary.
有必要时,参与团队会议及公司活动
Requirements:
能力要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above
本科及以上学历
- 2 years related experience in Human Resources or Administrative Management field.
2年以上人力资源或者行政管理相关经验
- Experience in Professional Talent Acquisition function is a plus
有主要从事招聘经验者优先
- Experience in a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise or foreign company representative office of product design and manufacturing industry is a plus
必须具备产品设计及制造业的外商投资企业货外企办事处的工作经验优先
- Strong communication skills & Good verbal & written English
良好的沟通能力,英语口语和书面表达能力
- Passionate, Proactive, self-motivated, and result driven
