Play as a BP role for supported groups including,
1. Act as Recruiting proponent for supported groups
1.负责支持 部门的人员招聘及团队搭建
2. E HR work support and management, like entry and exit process control, internal transfer process management.
2.人员转入转出及入离职管理
3. Employee Performance and development support from HR side for business groups
3.为部门提供人员发展及员工绩效管理支持
4. Employee Training support for business groups
4.部门培训的组织及实施
5. Support HR projects move on in business groups
5.人力资源项目的落地实施
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
1.大学统招本科及以上学历
2. Good communication skills, clear-minded, either can express key point clearly or can grasp key point in communication.
2.思路清晰,善于沟通,能够抓住重点和关键点
3. Over 3years' related working experience in human resources field, Experience in medical or related industries is preferred;
3.3年以上相关工作经验,具备医疗行业相关经验优先考虑
4.Can solve problems in work independently, can creatively and positively
find ways to overcome difficulties in work, and detailed-oriented.
4.能独立解决工作中遇到的问题,能创造性地积极地寻找解决工作中遇到的困难的方法,注重细节。
5. Can work under pressure, persist in work, while a good team player, can coordinate with team members in team project.
