岗位职责
1.负责制定并执行充电宝出海大客户业务开发战略,推动公司在目标出海地区关键大客户业务拓展。
2.负责建立并维护与大客户的长期合作关系,通过深入了解客户需求,协调内部资源,提供成本可控的解决方案并推动落地,以实现业务增长和客户满意度提升。
3.负责制定并执行销售目标和销售计划,跟进销售进展,完成销售业绩指标,确保公司大客户业务的稳定增长。
4.跟进市场动态,收集竞争对手信息,分析市场趋势,及时反馈市场和客户需求变化,为产品优化提供参考意见。
1.Responsible for formulating and executing the business development strategy for major clients in the power bank overseas market, driving the company's expansion in key client business in target overseas regions.
2.Responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with major clients. By deeply understanding customer needs, coordinate internal resources to provide cost-controlled solutions and promote implementation, in order to achieve business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
3.Responsible for setting and executing sales targets and sales plans, tracking sales progress, achieving sales performance indicators, and ensuring the stable growth of the company's major client business.
4.Monitor market dynamics, collect competitor information, analyze market trends, and promptly feedback changes in market and customer demands to provide reference for product optimization.
岗位基本需求
1.大学专科及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理等相关专业优先考虑。
2.具备至少5年以上充电宝出海大客户业务开发经验。
3.具备良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧,能够与大客户建立信任关系并有效推动合作。
4.具备较强的市场洞察力和商业敏感度,能够准确把握市场趋势和客户需求。

1. College degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, business management, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in business development for major clients in the overseas power bank market.

4. Strong market insight and business acumen, with the ability to accurately grasp market trends and customer needs.
5. Teamwork spirit, with the ability to effectively coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project execution.
