1.深入洞察销售团队管理需求和管理场景,对高杠杆的工具做出准确的判断。
2.负责境外销售团队的销售数据能力建设,通过数据工具满足销售效率提升的要求。
3.深度理解和跟进长期和短期的销售管理目标,并能将其融入自己的产品规划。
4.能够通过数据找到策略驱动点,实现策略工具化,大幅提升管理能效。
岗位基本需求
1.具备指标维度搭建和分析的能力,熟悉常用的数据分析和数据应用搭建工具。
2.有过大型本地生活或者电商类产品经验,熟悉一般的销售作业机制。
3.具备策略设计和验证能力,有过销售运营经验者更佳。
4.具备英文听说读写能力,能作为工作语言者优先。
