Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's strategic development plan and the overall plan of the human resources department, develop annual training plans and key learning and development projects, promote the implementation, process follow-up, and effectiveness feedback of training.
2. Responsible for establishing the company's internal training system, internal lecturer system, and course system, implementing, tracking, providing feedback, and continuously optimizing them.
3. Responsible for course development, editing courseware materials, overall management and implementation of online learning platforms, selecting and maintaining training suppliers, and promoting the construction and improvement of internal knowledge systems.
4. Integrate internal/external training resources, expand training channels, and explore new training methods and courses.
5. Actively communicate with various business departments, promote the effective implementation of various trainings, collect feedback and continuously optimize.
6. Assist in optimizing and improving the talent development system, including talent echelon construction, talent development projects, and reserve echelon construction.
7. Assist in the implementation of talent projects such as talent inventory, talent assessment, and organizational matching of personnel and positions.
8. Assist in the establishment of job competency models, promote the practical implementation and refinement of competency models in various departments, and identify the required competency directions for each department.
9. Assist in establishing a corporate culture promotion system, forming the cultural brand and cohesion of the enterprise, with the core of promoting and creating corporate culture, and the goal of enhancing employees' sense of identity and belonging. Plan and organize various activities to create a positive corporate culture atmosphere.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Skills and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources or management.
2. At least 5 years of training related experience,
3. Fluent English speaking and writing ability.
4. Have team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, good coordination skills.
5. Accept overseas business trips.
