岗位职责:
1、负责公司国内及海外(东南亚、欧洲、美国等)的人才招聘。
2、根据公司的人才战略需要,与用人部门沟通明确招聘需求,制定招聘计划并实施。
3、对目标市场的人才布局分析,人才地图建立,做好外部人才库的储备。
4、对招聘渠道的建设提出建议,并对招聘渠道效果进行定期评估。
5、招聘信息的发布、简历搜寻与筛选、候选人的面试与评估、录用洽谈。
6、招聘达成率与招聘质量的定期分析与改善。
任职要求:
1、统招本科及以上学历,5年以上招聘工作经验。
2、具备2年以上海外人才招聘经验,英语可作为工作语言。
3、较强的招聘规划能力及执行力。
4、积极乐观,主动思考,学习能力强。
5、具备良好的团队协作意识、沟通协调能力,责任心及抗压能力强。
Senior Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for domestic and overseas (Southeast Asia, Europe, USA, etc.) talent recruitment .
2. According to the company's talent strategy needs, communicate with the hiring department to clarify the recruitment needs, make the recruitment plan and implement.
3. Analyze the talent layout of the target market, establish the talent map, and reserve the external talent pool.
4. Make suggestions on the construction of recruitment channels, and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels regularly.
5. Responsible for the release of recruitment information, resume search and screening, candidate interview and evaluation, recruitment negotiation.
6. Regular analysis and improvement of recruitment achievement rate and recruitment quality.
Skills and Experience
1. At least 5 years working experience in recruitment.
2. Fluent English speaking and writing ability.
3. Have team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills,
good coordination skills.
