1.To maintain and prospect the relation with investment instructions, M&A firms in renewable energy;

2.Monitor the business environment, especially in energy investment sector, analysis and assess the market trends;

3.Based on the project development needs of the company, to target and meet the potential investors for the project;

4.Perform in the financial structure design, financial analysis, risk identification and any other process of the investment projects;

5.Perform in the development of Funds model and involve in all stage of Fund management, including set up, model design, financing, operating and capital withdrawal;

6.Coordinate with external investors to manage due diligence process and document preparation, participate in negotiation at all stage of the investment project cycle until the close of investment withdrawal;

7.Other assignments required by the supervisor.

1.Bachelor or above;

2.Minimum 5 years working experience required in investment, M&A or any type equivalent;

3.A strong network with financial institutions in the domain of investment, M&A;

4.A strong understanding of M&A conducting and investment decision making perdure in related financial institutions;

5.Knowledge of power project business model, working experience in alternative investment company of power sector will be an asset;

6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to conduct the assignment independently;

7.Skill in perform in-depth industry research and good in absorb knowledge of new area;

8.Knowledge of financial market;

9.Fluent in English;

10.Team oriented, strong will and skill to interact with internal departments;
