Have proven experience in managing a team with more than 15 people
With strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
With English project transition experiences
With strong and successfully client- facing experience. Could manage client expectations and satisfaction and can manage client meetings, presentations and visit.
With strong team management skill
With proven experiences in driving value creation
With strong experience managing attritions
Applicant should be proficient with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc)
Possess skills like perseverance and patience.
A proactive approach on issue shooting, taking ownership of operation following SOP, Process Map;
Strong ownership attitude and execution skill
Excellerent people management skills
