【职位描述】
岗位职责：
1. 确保完成每日店铺运营管理工作
2. 完成销售指标,并且区域月度KPI排名达到前20%以上，KPI Score50%以上。
3. 顾客关系维护及管理
4. 确保店铺陈列及环境与品牌形象保持一致
5. 确保店铺运营工作符合公司相关政策
6. 处理顾客投诉及相关问题
7. 帮助店铺销售人员解决相关问题
8. 库存管理
9. 负责相关报表

Responsibilities：
1. Ensure to complete all daily operation work
2. Achieve sales target,moreover, the monthly KPI ranking of the region reaches the top 50%.
3. Customer relationship management
4. Maintain the visual merchandising and shop environment standards to ensure brand image
5. Ensure operations in shop are in line with company guideline
6. Handle customer complaints and enquires
7. Help the sales lady resolve the relevant problems in shop
8. Stock management
9. Be responsible for relevant reporting

2. 良好的英文书写和表达能力
3. 对时尚和奢侈品产业有丰富的见解
4. 良好的沟通技巧及人际关系
5. 良好的顾客服务技巧

1. Min. 2 years experiences for senior sales or supervisor position
2. Good English on writing and speaking
3. Good knowledge of fashion & luxury industry
4. Good communication and interpersonal skill
5. Good customer service skills
6. Presentable proactive and detail focus
