要求:1. Business calling registration and visitor in/out registration and route guidance
2. Travel management (invitation letter, visa support, hotel booking, Ctrip account etc.)
3. Express delivery Mangement
4. Visitor or grovenment related person reception
5. PPE management (purchase, clean etc.)
6. Car rental for VIP guests
7. Site daily office supply procurement, check and distribution (stationery, coffee bean, business card etc.)
8. Meeting room management including meeting coordination and facility support
9. Site related administration cost check and payment request application
10. Access control management (door access, canteen system authorization, etc.)
11. On-boarding and off-boarding support
12. Support canteen management
13. Other work assigned by supervisor and site manager
经验:a. High awareness of safety and people well-being
b. 3~5 year foreign invested company reception and administration working experience
c. Good communication skills and good negotiation skill is a plus
d. Good english skills both in oral speaking and business writing
e. Good at MS office tools (word, excel and PPT)
f. Good inter-personal skill and spirit in team work
g. Self-motivation and good learning ability
