1. Manage the warehouse team to complete the daily physical operation timely and efficiently.

Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Make SOP to ensure the accuracy of daily operation/WHS security and safety, Training warehouse team according to SOP, monitoring performance and progress; Establish the necessary internal document, rules, and document archiving.
制定操作流程确保操作的正确以及仓库的安全, 根据标准操作流程进行现场员工的培训,监督工作绩效与进程。建立必要的仓库内部文件，规范，并存档
2. Work and carry out stock check process to ensure the inventory accuracy;
制定并执行周期性清点以确保仓库存货的正确性
3. Work OT when necessary; Other tasks assigned if need
必要时需要加班，接受短期出差支援异地站点，必要时分配的其他任务
4. Daily communication with customers on site and organize weekly operation meetings.
与现场客户进行日常沟通，组织每周运营会议。
5. Manage Project operation team, Monitor KPI and setup proper human structure.
参与仓库内项目团队的人员管理，绩效管理，安排合理的组织架构
6. Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance and on time communication of KPI. Contact supplier for resource
供应商管理：关注和管理供应商绩效，及时与供应商协调必要资源
7. Continuous Improvement of Operation: Conduct regular Continuous improvement to Optimize project operation on Cost, efficiency, and sustainability. Familiar with WMS and can work with IT for improving.

8. Responsible for billing template generation, billing preparation and audit. Have the ability to accrue cost and revenue.

9. PNL Driven and keep monitoring project financial performance
持续跟进项目盈利情况并给出整改建议
10. Site management：Contact landlord for relevant affairs.
与园区物业和房东对接仓储相关事宜

61 5 years of warehouse operation or factory experience preferred
