Responsibilities 岗位职责:

Key role to supervise the company General Ledger accounting and reconciliation, company expenses, and invoicing /AR and external Reporting, and responsible for closing and company tax.
Ensure the compliance to local social and financial regulations

总账关键职位，包括公司费用，开票，应收账款，对外报表，结账，成本,公司税务等。确保公司遵循本地财务和社会法律法规。

1- GL and AR

a. Responsible for company invoicing负责公司开发票

b. AR accounting and ageing reports应收账款核算与发票匹配

c. AR-GL Reconciliation应收账款对账

d. Bank reconciliation statements 银行对帐

e. Maintenance of general ledger and sub ledgers 总帐和分账维护
Bookkeeping in both Chinese and English language 中英文记帐

f. Responsible of Local Statutory monthly/annual financial reports负责所有月报年报

g. Quartelerly financial reports to the group (consolidation package)向集团提交的季度财务报告(合并包)

2- Cost accounting 成本会计

3- Tax returns 报税

a. Company tax and tax reports: including CIT, VAT and local tax 税及报表: 包括所得税，增值税和地方税等

b. Communication with local tax authority when required and provide support to audit support 与当地税务局沟通协调提供审计支持

4- Management accounting

a. Monthly reports in accordance with the Group deadline each month每月结账及时

b. Internal management reporting or other financial analysis reporting 公司内部管理报告以及其他财务分析报告

c. Analyze cost variances (Actual Vs Standard Vs budget) 分析成本偏差（实际/标准/预算）

d. Identify cost for area of improvement 识别成本改善空间

e. Generation of cost analysis report制作成本分析报告

f. Provides the yearly budget and quarterly forecasts for the Group, with the support of management. 为集团提供年预算和季度预测

g. Fiscal optimization and finance cost reduction优化财政，降低财务成本

h. Lead and hunt for fiscal taxes reductions and allowances主导并争取财政减税和补贴

i. Lead financing opportunities主导融资机会

Requirements 要求:

1. Majored in Finance/Accounting or related bachelor or above财务/会计或相关专业本科及以上

2. Good English and Chines skills 良好的英语和中文沟通

3. At least 10years’ experience 10年以上经验

4. Experience in MNC preferred 跨国公司经验优先

5. The knowledge of international accounting standard 通晓国际财务准则

6. Proficiency in Microsoft，word, excel and PowerPoint 熟练操作微软办公软件

7. Knowledge of Finance, SAP systems and information system良好的财务，SAP和信息系统知识

8. Used to work in foreign company international environment 曾在外企的国际环境中工作

9. Flexibility and reactiveness. 灵活并反应迅速

10.Approved accountant certification as per Chinese law具有中国法律规定的注册会计师资格
