职位描述

Duties 岗位职责:

Ensure that the production target agreement is successfully fulfilled. Reach the OTD and OQD targets.

确保生产目标协议的顺利完成。达到OTD和OQD目标。

Ensure planning coordination and accomplishment of the production planning. Reach planning targets.

确保计生产划协调和完成。达到生产计划目标

Reach the targets of labor man hours not exceed the limits defined.

达到不超过规定工时的目标。

Ensure the implementation and keep the budget limitations.

确保预算的执行和控制

Ensure project communication and co-operation with central team in France and Spain

负责与法国团队或核心团队的项目沟通和协作，并将信息传递给团队

Construct result-orientated team culture. Motivate continuously learning and improvement, to attain performance goal.

Organize production and technique procedures

根据设计图全面组织工艺制定和生产实施

Lead the team to support product quality improvement

带领团队支持产品质量改善

Lead the team to monitor capacity and plan the production efficiently and expand it if necessary. Maintain the 5S efficiency in the workshop

领导团队监控产能，有效地计划生产，并在必要时扩大生产规模

Develop and upgrade method team competency

开发并提升团队能力

Set up of a training and qualification plan of the operator for machinery and test bench.　

针对不同机器设立工人培训、测试及考核计划

Staff qualification and management

人员管理和资质考核

Conduct safety performance and implement accident prevention work.

进行安全绩效考核，实施事故预防工作

Ensure the machine efficiency; offer second level technical support and spare parts management.

确保机器效率，提供二级技术支持和备件管理支持

Responsible of establishing equipment management procedure including maintenance＆calibration plan

负责建立设备管理流程，包括维护和校准计划

Machinery and test-bench operation and maintenance

机械和调试台操作和维护

Skills 能力:

1. Willing to do mindset. Transform ideas into actions.愿意做，并付诸于行动

2. Fluent in English and Chinese中文，英文流利

3. Strong stress tolerance 抗压能力强

4. Ability to work with people from different background 能与不同背景同事一起工作

5. Excel, ppt, word proficiency熟练使用Excel, ppt, word

6. 6 sigma green belt or above preferred.6 sigma 或以上优先

7. SAP is a plus

Education教育:

Bachelor and above 本科及以上学历

Experience 工作经验:

minimum 5 years working experience in a factory as a production 5年以上工厂经验

Worked in 5S efficient environment during 5 years at least

Automotive, aerospace, railway production background
