Responsibilities:

工作职责：

Ø Assist in cross-border audit and financial consulting services of Chinese companies

协助中国内地企业的跨境审计及财务咨询业务

Ø Assist Mazars overseas offices to communicate and coordinate with Chinese clients, promote and track the project progress, and ensure the smooth completion of the assignment.

协助玛泽海外办公室，与中国客户进行沟通、协调，推进跟踪项目进程，确保项目顺利完成。

Ø Building and sustaining deep relationships with clients, managing projects to fully meet clients’ expectations

建立并维护良好的客户关系，进行项目管理，充分满足客户的需求

Ø Involving Global China services, to better support the overseas expansion of Chinese companies, incl.: communication, coordination, problem-solving.

参与全球中国业务部工作，为在海外投资的中资企业提供最佳服务，包括：沟通、协调、解决问题等。

Ø Supervise engagements and inform engaged manager of the engagement status

监督项目的执行，向项目经理汇报项目进程

Ø Participating in the audit of consolidated financial statements of group companies

参与集团公司合并会计报表的审计

Ø Participate in the completion of financial audit assignments in spare time.

在空余时间，参与完成财务审计项目。

Job Responsibility & Accountability

职位要求

Ø Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance relevant disciplines from universities in china or overseas

国内/国外大学会计或财务相关专业本科以上学历

Ø At least two years relevant industry audit experience

两年及以上审计行业相关工作经验

Ø CICPA member is plus

取得中国注册会计师资格证书优先考虑

Ø Familiar with Chinese Accounting Standards and IFRS

熟悉中国会计准则和国际财务报告准则

Ø Experience in the audit of consolidated financial statements of group companies is plus

有集团公司合并会计报表经验者优先考虑

Ø A strong command of oral and written Chinese and English

中英文口语及书写能力强

Ø A good team player, responsible and dedicated to work under high pressure

具有团队合作精神、责任心强、能够应对较高的工作压力、爱岗敬业

Ø Strong organization skill, problem solving ability and leadership are the advantaged personal attributes for this position
