岗位职责:
主要职能：
Business development
1、Support BD group members (especially non-Chinese speaking members) to achieve annual target by actively coordinate member’s scheduling, travel arrangement and other internal logistics
2、Identify, evaluate, and transact BD opportunities that meet the strategic needs of the company. Lead screening in target therapeutic areas to formulate short list and potential partnering candidates.
3、Coordinate internal cross function for due diligence, including early-stage R&D, CMC, clinical, regulatory, and finance departments, providing tracking and data management support.
Market Research and Pipeline Strategy
4、Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis, participate in the formulation and updating of business development strategies that are consistent with the company
s overall strategy.
5、Tack key competitor
s pipeline progress and deals within target therapeutic areas.
6、Support internal pipeline project valuation and pipeline strategy formulation. Liaison between BD team and R&D team, providing input into research design and data analytics, establishing project evaluation model.
7、Connect R&D approach with commercial considerations in pre-launch projects. Be responsible for pre-evaluation, patient flow/buying process, projection, financial modelling and proposal preparation for new launch projects.
8、Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
任职要求:
岗位要求：
1、Master
s in science discipline; a PhD in life-science is preferred.
2、Previous 5+ experience in business development capacity.
3、Strong scientific orientation - deep understanding of the drug development, approval, and commercialization processes.
4、Good interpersonal skills and sociability.
5、Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and work successfully with varied audiences.
6、In depth knowledge of techniques of financial analysis, corporate and product valuation as necessary to engineer such deals.
7、Strong results orientation, and the ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment.
