The Teaching Innovation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating CIER faculty events on teaching and learning. He or she will work closely with teachers, administrative staff and other stakeholders to ensure the organization and implementation of the continuous professional development programs.

岗位职责Roles and Responsibilities :
Organize and coordinate faculty events, including but limited to lectures, meetings, workshops and conventions。
Build and maintain relationship and partnership with internal and external stakeholders for professional development programs。
Assist with faculty interviews and focus groups to identify innovative teaching needs and strategies。
Research on innovative teaching and learning in higher education worldwide。
Generate reports as required。
Assist with CIER promotion and communications, such as the webpage, posts, newsletters and so on。
Other duties as assigne。

任职要求：
Master’s degree in education related major。
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure。
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural contexts。
Ability to research, analyze data and generate reports。
Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Chinese。
Proficiency in digital and visual format of written and presentational materials, survey software and tools。
Work experience in higher education is preferred。
