1. 根据 NPI(新产品导入)流程,领导光伏/蓄电池产品逆变器/电源/BMS 硬件从概念设计到量产的设计和确认
Lead the design and qualification of inverter/power supply/BMS hardwares on photovoltaic/battery storage products from concept design till mass production per NPI(new product introduction) process.
2. 与系统团队一起定义产品系统规格,设计权衡,验证测试,产品和工艺确认
Work with system teams on defining product system specifications, design trade off, validation test, product & Process Qualification.
3. 根据应用选择合适的电路拓扑,元件,PCB 布局等
Select proper circuit topology, components, PCB layout etc. per application.
4. 验证硬件选项,分析电子故障并实施纠正措施
Validate hardware options and analyze electronics failures and implement the corrective actions.
5. 与采购,质量和供应商合作,确保产品成本,可制造性和质量
Work with sourcing, quality and suppliers to ensure product cost, manufacturability and quality.
6. 了解电气产品安全和性能法规/标准(UL/CE/ANSI…),并将其应用于产品设计
Understand electrical product safety and performance regulation/standards (UL/CE/ANSI … ) and
apply to product design.
7. 根据电路工作原理、仿真工具、测试结果等进行技术审查,并清楚地说明硬件设计的有效性。
在公司文件系统中记录专利和设计细节
Conduct technical review and clear illustration of hardware design effectiveness with circuit operation principle and simulation tool, test results etc. Document patents and design details into company documentation system
8. 在项目执行过程中与本地和全球团队进行有效的沟通。主动管理技术风险并与利益相关者沟通
Effective communication with local and global teams during program execution. Proactively manage technical risks and communicates to stakeholders
任职要求:
1. 本科以上学历,电气工程/电子/自动化或相关专业
Bachelor degree above in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Automation or related
2. 5 年以上电源/控制产品设计及量产经验
5+ years experience in designing power/control products and launching into mass production.
3. 扎实的电力电子(DC-AC, AC-DC 和 DC-DC)拓扑实践经验,包括 1/3 相多级逆变器,LLC,相移全桥,降压,升压,反激,维也纳整流器等
Solid practical experience on power electronics (DC-AC, AC-DC and DC-DC) topologies, including
1/3 phase multi-level inverter, LLC, phase-shift full bridge, Buck, Boost, Flyback,Vienna rectifier etc.
4. 有丰富的高压功率半导体器件选型经验(IGBT, Si/SiC/GAN MOSFET,二极管等),以及功率电感和变压器的磁性元件设计经验。熟悉栅极驱动器,模拟/数字电路的开发,精通系统效率和EMI 优化
Stronge experience with high voltage power semicondor selection (IGBT, Si/SiC/GAN MOSFET, Diodes, etc) and magnetic components design of power inductor and transformer. Good knowledge on developing gate drivers, analog/digital circuits and proficiency on system efficiency and EMI optimization.
5. 对系统稳定性/逆变并联/MPPT/数字电源动态响应控制理论有深入了解,擅长 Matlab、PSIM、SPICE 等电路仿真
In-depth knowledge on control theory of system stability/dynamic responsce for inverter
parallel/MPPT/digital power supply, and good at circuit simulation with Matlab, PSIM, SPICE, etc.
6. 有嵌入式编程(DSP/FPGA)经验者优先
Experience on embedded programming (DSP/FPGA) is a plus.
7. 良好的人际交往和沟通能力,优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力,英语四级以上。适应全球团队的出差和夜间电话会议
Good interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent verbal and written English, CET4 above. Be adaptive to business trips and conference call during night time with global teams.
