岗位职责Responsibilities:
1、 市场调研:负责跟踪换热器行业的发展动态和收集竞品信息,收集国内外相关行业政策、
竞争对手、客户信息等,分析市场发展趋势,输出分析报告,并保持动态跟踪;
Initiates market research and stay updated
with HVAC industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities and ensure a competitive edge in vision to drive profitable
growth for the HVAC business.
2. 市场分析:结合公司策略和业务发展阶段及国内外市场情况,持续对行业进行数据分析,提出产品迭代设计方案和降本措施;
Analyze and report marketing metrics for
overseas & domestic and leverage insights to optimize future campaigns,
include but not limited to products renew, cost down plan etc.
3. 市场价格:分析产品各环节的成本结构,通过流程优化、技术升级等手段降低成本,并制定合理的报价区间,提高新产品报价成功率;
Identify the cost structure of EAST products,
reduce costs through process optimization, technic upgrades, to develop quotations
to build profitable and growing businesses.
4.跟踪和分析市场份额、销售数据和其他关键性绩效指标,为市场决策提供依据;
Make clear and effective market strategies
by marketing & sales metrics, aiming to seek opportunities to bolster EAST awareness
in the HVAC market.
5.定期撰写产品规划和市场研究报告,为公司战略规划提供前瞻性见解和决策支持;
Timely provide strategic planning both
near-term and long-term to support EAST organizational strategies and
objectives
6.跨部门协作:与销售、财务等部门紧密合作,确保产品定位策略与公司整体战略保持一致,同时解决跨部门合作中出现的问题;
Work closely with all other members in EAST
team to accomplish goals.
7.负责品牌推广和产品广告宣传工作;
Develop and/or edit content in many forms
and styles, with specific focus on presentations at special internal events and
external communications.
任职要求Requirement:
1、 本科学历以上,市场营销、或相关领域硕士/学士学位,3年以上HVAC市场或产品经理
工作经验,熟悉热泵、换热器等相关产品优先;
Master / bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications
or related field, above 3years working experience in HVAC marketing or product
manager roles, familiar with pump, heat-exchange etc.
2、 英语可作为工作语言;
English speaking is workable.
3、 熟悉市场调研和销售策略,具备较强的市场敏锐度和销售能力;具有较强的数据处理和
分析能力,能够对销售数据和市场趋势进行分析和解读。
Strong analytical skills & deeply
understanding of HVAC market dynamics with ability to interpret market data and
drive actionable insights.
