Supports Quality Manager in achievement of project Quality objectives • Ensures the deployment of the Technical Sub system Review process, and manages the Project Readiness / Robustness reviews (RFQ, CAD) • Ensures the management of the Quality Issues with associated breakpoints, • Identifies the technical risks through lesson learned and the Quality sensitive topics ; evaluates their criticality in the project development • Manages the measurements, presentation and follow up of SCA Aspect / Functional results. • Tracks PPAP status, results and deviations • Field Early Warning daily management Major Responsibilities 岗位职责 Design & development phase: • Technical Risks management • RFQ and CAD readiness • Issues management • APQP follow up • Traceability Industrial phase • Issues management • Containments follow up (incl solution management) • APQP/PPAP management, incl. deviation • Incoming inspection follow up • Traceability • Preparation of the SCA tool & KPI & Deferral meetings • Customer Fleet defects follow up • Field Early Warning follow up Education 教育背景 Vehicle/ Mechanical/Electrical/Quality management Work Experience 工作经验 >3years Language 语言要求 English Technical Skills 专业技能 Understanding of vehicle and core component development and manufacturing process 6 sigma/8D etc quality tools APQP Soft Skills 软性技能 Excel Minitab/CATIA would be a plus 岗位职责: 1. 协助质量经理达成项目质量目标，推动技术子系统评审流程，管理项目准备与稳健性评审（RFQ、CAD）； 2. 负责质量问题的管理与关键节点控制，识别并评估技术风险及质量敏感点； 3. 管理测量、汇报及跟进SCA功能结果，追踪PPAP状态与偏差； 4. 执行现场早期预警日常管理，确保开发与量产阶段的质量问题闭环处理； 5. 参与APQP/PPAP管理、APQP跟进、来料检验跟进、可追溯性管理及客户缺陷反馈处理。 任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械、电气或质量管理相关专业； 2. 3年以上相关工作经验； 3. 熟练掌握APQP、6 Sigma、8D等质量工具，了解整车及核心部件开发与制造流程； 4. 英语良好，具备Excel技能，熟悉Minitab或CATIA者优先。
