职位描术：机械QA/QC工程师利用他在材料、零件、制造工艺、工具和生产设备能力、装配方法、质量保证和质量控制标准方面的知识，审查与质量相关的工作指导书、程序，然后检查/监控Jord Energy制造合作伙伴（上海）工厂的制造/制造活动。

Duties and Responsibilities:
工作职责：

1. Perform inspection activities/P&ID checks per approved drawings, inspection and test plan, manufacturing process plan, welding procedures and other applicable documents related to project execution 根据批准的图纸，检验和测试计划，制造工艺计划，焊接程序和其他与项目执行相关的适用文件，执行检验活动/P&ID检查。

2. Perform supplier shop audits when required to assess compliance to standards and to the suppliers Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety), including investigation, presentation of observations and findings, and reporting 根据要求对供应商车间进行审核，以评估其是否符合标准和供应商综合管理体系（质量，环境，健康和安全），包括检查，展示观察结果和发现，并报告。

3. Apply his experiences and assist in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues. 运用经验，协助识别、优先处理、沟通和解决质量问题。

4. Monitor Fabricators testing equipment calibration records by maintaining an internal and up to date register for all testing Instruments & equipment used for Jord Energy Projects. 通过内部维护文件，监控制造商测试设备校准记录，并更新所有用于Jord Energy项目的测试设备的登记。

5. Progressive signing off of ITP upon completion of each stage or activity 在完成每个阶段工作后，完成ITP的过程签署。

6. Coordinate with clients directly or Client’s third-party inspectors for inspection stages including coordinating with Fabricator for raising inspection request with advance notification as per Client’s request. 在检验阶段直接与客户或客户的第三方检验员进行协调，包括根据客户的要求提前通知制造商提出检验要求。

7. Communicate to project managers any quality issues and assist in resolving the identified issues as quickly as possible and propose proactive measures to prevent any possible re-work or non-conformance. 与项目经理沟通质量问题，协助尽快解决已发现的问题，并提出积极的措施以防止任何可能的返工或不合格。

8. Monitor and control inspection activities associated with the Project
Quality Check list for each, and every Skid or Modules fabricated at site. 监督和控制与项目质量检查表相关的检查活动，以及现场制造的每个滑块或模块。

9. Create Non-Conformance report for any non-compliance noticed during fabrication. 针对制造过程中发现的任何不符合项创建不合格报告。

10. Preparation of project-wise brief Flash reports to know the fabrication & document approval status and comprehensive weekly report to record all issues found and cleared for our future correspondence with Client in case of any quality issues from site. 准备项目简短的Flash报告，以了解制造和文件批准状态，并准备全面的周报，记录所有发现和解决的问题，以便将来与客户沟通，以防现场出现任何质量问题。

11. Review fabricators inspection reports and testing reports and ensure compilation of manufacturers data record (MDR) 审核制造商检验报告和测试报告，确保制造商数据记录的收集汇总（MDR）。

12. Manage issued NCRs and track them to ensure they are closed before shipment of the Skid / Module from site. 管理已签发的NCR，并对其进行跟踪，以确保在滑板/模块从现场发货前已关闭。

13. Follow up required corrective and preventive actions as a result of supplier qualification (or re-qualification) audits, project surveillance

14. Issue Final Inspection release note upon completion of all inspection activities and release for dispatch 在所有检验活动完成后签发最终检验放行单并放行。

Skills and Experience:

工作技能和经验要求：

1. Relevant Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering 具有机械工程相关资质。

2. 7+ years experience in QA/QC, mechanical/weld inspections. 7年以上QA/QC，机械/焊接检验经验。

3. Minimum shop experience in Manufacturing of pressure vessels & Skids / modules / pipe spools in accordance with International codes & Standards (ASME Sec VIII/ Sec IX/ AWS D1.1 / Sec V, ASME B31.3 / ASME B31.1). 根据国际规范和标准（ASME Sec VIII/ SecIX/ AWS D1.1 / Sec V, ASME B31.3 / ASME B31.1）制造压力容器和滑块/模块/管轴的最低车间经验。

4. Knowledge of receipt inspection, materials traceability, PMI, welding, non-destructive testing, FAT, painting and packing methods for products and processes. 了解产品和工艺的收货检验，材料追溯，PMI，焊接，无损检测，FAT，涂装和包装方法。

5. Knowledge of inspection, test, and measurement techniques 了解检验、测试和测量技术。

6. English written and oral communication skills. Be able to communicate in oral English 英语读写和口语交流技能。能用英语口语交流。
