• Collection and processing of applications for breakages and damages
• Research issues on the site
• Informing the senior management about problems with products
• Maintenance of statistics on breakdowns and damages
• Support and maintenance of pre-series
• Communication with Product support of suppliers
• To work on EDB system, collect, edit and share issue resolutions.

Field campaign support
• Operation specialist: expertize with machine setup, adjustment, operation in field.
• Harvest season technical support in field as needed.

Training support
• Training support for assigned product line
• Act as trainer in respective production line
