2. Support the technicians skill level certification program
3. Do the training content preparation and update
4. Conduct the operators trainings and KA trainings according to machine types
5. Support the field service work in the harvesting season
6. Maitenance and update the specific training tools
7. Support the Marketing/PMS work, such as the exhibition/subsidy test/demos
8. Other jobs assigned by supervisor
