职位描述
岗位职责:
• Approach and grab more customers using products of Custom Culinary (OTM)
覆盖和开发更多客户,让他们使用创味厨标准品
• Build Brand awareness in chef’s net with the help of MKT campaign and product introduction
通过产品介绍以及市场活动,在厨师圈建立创味厨品牌认知
• Achieve the sales target setting by manager
完成公司制定的销售目标
• Plan daily PJP, develop more customers, central kitchens and small food processing plants
制定每日路线计划,开发终端客户,中央厨房和小型加工厂
• Assist DT to complete customer coverage, and timely monitor DT’s inventory and shipment status, maintain hospitality and help DT develop together.
协助经销商完成客户覆盖,及时关注经销商库存及出货情况,维护好客情并帮助经销商成长
• Complete customer information records according to company requirements, collect market information, and timely feedback competitive product activities and customer needs.
根据公司要求完成客户信息记录,同时搜集市场信息,及时反馈竞品活动及客户需求
• According to the company plan, invite customers to participate in brand demo, and assist the MKT to complete related brand activities.
根据公司计划,邀请客户参加品牌展示活动,协助市场部完成相关品牌活动工作
岗位要求:
• College degree above, ideally in a Food Science or Commercially related discipline.
大专以上学历,食品科学工业相关专业更佳
• 1-3 years sales experience with evidence of a competency growing record of success in growing B2B sales, ideally in food service channel, and store visit experience.
1-3年以上销售经验,有B2B销售增长的成功经验,最好是食品服务渠道相关领域,以及门店拜访经验
• Listening and speaking English is better
