2. Key Responsibilities – list what the person will be doing on a day to day basis: % of time
Support the clients on Veeva CRM and Veeva application--Work with end users to troubleshoot and resolve Veeva CRM issues--Configure Veeva CRM according to the client requirements--Hands on experience on Apex , Visualforce and Triggers --Optimize the application (Workflow/Configuration related optimization)--Responsible to develop custom Veeva components using Force.com customization and configuration as and when required--Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical and Debugging skills in Force.com--Data Migration using Data Loader--Be responsible for post-production end-user support--Create Knowledge objects and user documentations--Understand Data and integration with different systems--Application status reporting to clients--Good understanding of support processes
Essential Skills:
Technical Skills : Veeva Configuration ,Saleforce Advanced Configuration ,Veeva Dev & Custom Domain Skills.
Must have japanese language skill
Nice to Have Skills.
