您的职责：
-负责销售后台。
-与客户的发票和合同对接。
-协助销售经理进行业务开发（客户开发、数据分析、演示等）。
-协助管理团队进行数据评估和市场研究。
-支持销售和能力组织文档管理团队。
-支持上海办事处的日常行政工作（IT、VISA、办公室管理）。
任职要求：
-母语为汉语。
-英语流利。
-至少2年销售管理/财务工作经验。
-与中国企业签订发票/合同的经验。
-良好的沟通技巧（与客户的财务/业务部门沟通）。
-对中国市场发展/主要客户趋势、政策等具有良好的研究技能。
-熟练掌握PPT和其他Microsoft Office应用程序。
-熟练操作Microsoft CRM。
-熟练操作SAP Fi/Co。
-居住地在上海，优先考虑。

To further expand our team in China, we are looking for
Sales and Business Development Specialist, Location: Shanghai
We can count on you here:
-Responsible for Sales Back Office.
-Interface to Customer towards Invoicing and Contracting.
-Assist Sales Manager in Business Development (Customer Development, Data analysis, Presentations, etc.
-Assist Management Team in Data evaluation and Market Research.
-Support Management team in Documentation for Sales and Competence Organization.
-Support Daily Administrative work in Shanghai Office (IT, VISA, Office Management).
-Priority for residence in Shanghai.
This is how you convince us:
-Native Chinese Speaker.
-Fluent English speaking.
-Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales Admin / Finance.
-Experience in Invoicing / Contracting with Chinese Enterprises.
-Good communication skills (towards finance / business departments of our customers).
-Good research skills on Chinese market development / Key customer trends, Policies etc.
-Good skills in PPT and other Microsoft Office application.
-Microsoft CRM experience.
-SAP Fi / Co is a plus.
-Priority for residence in Shanghai.
