Responsibilities:
职责:
A. 负责前台日常行政事务,安排和协调行政人事部门的工作,确保各项工作按时完成。
B. 会议室管理,包括预定,准备会议室,和零食,鲜花,礼物等。
C. 负责接待国内外来访人员。确保办公室整洁,提醒正式的着装要求。
D. 收发公司所有的信函,邮件和快递。
E. 按规定负责办公室的节能和安全工作。
F. 负责公司电话的接听和转达。
G. 负责每月公司员工考勤的管理。
H. 负责预订机票、火车票,酒店和其他需要的安排。
I. 在需要的情况下,去办公室外办事。
J. 办公室物品的采购,以及每月办公室费用的申请,包括房租、物业费、水电费等;
K. 协助组织公司各类活动,包括生日会,内部活动,合作伙伴活动,市场部活动等。
L. 协助外国客人在办公室的需求,或陪同他们参加一些会议,帮助翻译或当地沟通。
M. 保持办公室公共区域的整洁,将咖啡机的水倒满,并确保饮用水是满的。
N. 保持储物室的组织和整洁。
O. 上级分配的其他任务。
P. 协助企业文化活动策划和组织。
A. Master the daily Administration affairs, arrange and coordinate the work of the Admin & HR department to ensure achieving all tasks completed on time.
B. Meeting room management, including reservation, set up and equipment, arrange the room, and arrange some snacks, flowers, gifts, etc.
C. Responsible for receipting domestic and foreign visitors. Confirming offices are tidy and remind about formal dress code.
D. Send and Receive all the letters and emails of the company.
E. Responsible for office Energy Saving and Security procedures according to regulations.
F. Responsible for answering and switching phone calls to ensure all calls are handled properly.
G. Responsible for the management of monthly attendance records.
H. Book tickets, hotel, and other arrangements required. And make sure all relevant details are provided in time
I. Potentially running some errands for the company outside the office.
J. Responsible for the purchase of office supplies and requests of monthly office expenses, including office rental fee, building management fee, utility, etc.
K. Assist the organization of all kinds of company events including birthday party, internal activity, partner's events and so on.
L. Assist foreign guests when their needs in the office or in some cases escort them to some meetings to help with translation or with local communications.
M. Keep public areas of the office tidy and clean, fill up the coffee machine, and make sure water stands are full.
N. Keep the storage room organized and tidy.
O. Assigned tasks by senior management.
P. Assist in planning and organizing corporate cultural activities
Qualification:
任职资格:
A. 人情味强的人——性格活泼开朗,乐于协助办公室人员和客人沟通
B. 大专学历及以上
C. 良好的英语口语和写作能力,良好的写作和沟通能力。大学英语四级或以上。
D. 良好的计算机技能
E. 具有良好的学习能力,沟通能力,团队合作精神,和解决问题的主动性
F. 当办公室有重大事件发生时,愿意加班
A. People’s person- lively and cheerful personality, ready to assist and communicate with office people and guests
B. College degree
C. Good spoken and writing English, good writing and communication skills. CET-4 or above is required.
D. Good computer skills.
E. Good learning ability, communication skills, team-working ability, and initiative to solve problems.
F. Willing to stay overtime when events are taking place in the office
