职位描述
职责:
A. 负责前台日常行政事务,安排和协调行政人事部门的工作,确保各项工作按时完成。
B. 会议室管理,包括预定,准备等。
C. 负责接待国内外来访人员。确保办公室整洁。
D. 收发公司所有的信函,邮件和快递。
E. 按规定负责办公室的节能和安全工作。
F. 负责公司电话的接听和转达。
G. 负责每月公司员工考勤的管理
H. 负责预订机票、火车票,酒店和其他需要的安排。
I. 办公室物品的采购,以及每月办公室费用的申请
J. 协助组织公司各类活动,包括生日会,内部活动,合作伙伴活动,市场部活动等
K. 上级分配的其他任务。
要求:
A. 大专学历及以上
B. 良好的英语口语和写作能力,良好的写作和沟通能力。大学英语四级或以上。
C. 良好的计算机技能
D. 具有良好的学习能力,沟通能力,团队合作精神,和解决问题的主动性
Responsibilities:
A.Master the daily Administration affair, arrange and coordinate the work of Admin&HR department to ensure achieving all tasks completed on time.
B.Meeting Rooms Management, including reservation, set up and equipment.
C.Responsible for receipting domestic and foreign visitors. Confirming offices are tidy and remind about formal dress code.
D.Send and Receive all the letters and mails of the company.
E.Responsible for office Energy Saving and Security procedures according to regulations.
F.Responsible for answering and switching phone calls to ensure all calls are handled properly.
G.Responsible for management of monthly attandence record.
H.Book tickets, hotel, and other arrangement required.
I. Responsible for the purchase of office supply and request of monthly office expense.
J.Assist the organization of all kinds of company events including birthday party, internal acitivity, partner's event and so on.
K.Assigned task by senior management.
Qualification:
A.College degree
B.Good spoken and writing English, good writing and communication skills. CET-4 or above is required.
C.Good computer skills.
D. Good learning ability, communication skill, team-working ability and initiative to solve problem.
