Purpose of position：
1、Lead the EA team for engineering and technical support, support site erection& commissioning activities
2. Support the setup of company’s EA competency, support the business development
Responsibilities：
1、 Support top leaders for the business development, provide EA related professional support.
2、 Lead the EA team in technical function, buildup a professional EA team; Lead the EA team to build up all necessary management rules and technical drawings & files related to EA.
3、 Lead the EA team to fulfill the tasks listed below and not limited to the described EA related tasks:
3.1 All related tasks in RND phase, the sales phase, project execution phase, aftersales phase;
3.2 Responsible for issuing drawings & technical files for EA related the job, these jobs are including all
EA technical jobs related to hydrogen generating system, including but not limited to power supply, measuring & controlling instruments, PLC control, production system software control, etc.
3.3 Cooperate with process & mechanical engineering to fulfill the tasks related to engineering (including the drawings issue, bill of materials, technical specifications etc.);
3.4 Supporting purchasing function and quality function in the purchasing and manufacturing phase, explain &exchange & approve the technical solutions/appendixes/drawings etc. to suppliers,
supporting development of EA suppliers.
3.5 Support site EA team to fulfill the tasks related to site erection (example, cabling, pow-on check etc.)
and commission and technical support for any EA technical problems, join the accident (or trouble) analysis for site, lead or support the direct communication with clients for EA issues.
3.6 Join the RND process and all related process, provide professional contribution.
4. Cooperate with all other functions (including finance, HR, sales, project, quality, EHS, etc.) for related job
5.Fulfill other job assigned by the leaders
Qualification：
1、 Bachelor degree or above , majored in EA or related;
2、 At least 10 years professional EA experiences in typical industry which need typical EA technologies;
3、 Very good on-hand technical experience for EA engineering, site fulfillment, good knowledge about power supply, measuring &controlling instrument, PLC, software control etc.
4、 Good experiences for team leading, at least 5 years department level management experience.
5、 Fluent English is a must， Reliable, self-motivated, good team player.
