The RSOM must be comfortable working in a highly complex, fast paced, and collaborative culture. Managing a team of Site Security Managers (SSMs) in geographically separated facilities.

The RSOM verifies compliance with security procedures and policies, tracks audit readiness, and provides direction to ensure physical security requirements are met or exceeded.

Reporting to the Regional Security Advisor (RSA), the RSOM works directly with management, the client, and other vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
