Job Summary: 职责概述
Establish and maintain the quality control and management system, monitor products’ process to ensure that the quality of our products reach customers’ requirements; customer’s representatives of the company and to drive the company's rapid response to customer needs.
Job Responsibilities:具体职责
1、Develop control plan in accordance of ISO Quality System。
负责ISO所有文件管控和建立。
2、Develop Control Documentations in accordance of 3C Quality System。
负责3C强制性认证体系的所有文件管控
3、Calibration control of all testing and measuring equipment。
负责管理所有检测设备。
4、Management of all Internal and External standards.
负责管理所有内部和外部的质量标准
5、Management of Internal Auditing program.
负责各种内审项目。
6、Development of Test Procedures/Sampling for production. Testing and sampling of new and existing products as required for market.
负责生产中新产品或者新工艺的检测。
7、Performance reporting on Customer Complaints.
负责客户投诉流程中的报告执行。
8、Assist production in technical issues and troubleshooting.
辅助生产团队其他关于技术的问题
9、Update management team the product quality performance/progress at operational level and from customer perspective
定期向管理团队汇报产品质量绩效，以及从运营和客户期望方面的工作进展。
10、Collaborate with other departments to identify and develop actions for improvement opportunities. These should include but not limit to activities leading to operational excellent and customer satisfaction.
与其他部门协作制定持续改进的行动计划，包括但不限于改进运营效率和客户满意度。
Person Specification:资料要求
Education教育背景:
•＞4-year bachelor 本科以上学历
Work Experience工作经验:
•＞5 years experience in related manufacturing field. a plastic/film or adhesive environment is preferred.
五年以上相关制造领域业的工作经验, 塑料/薄膜/黏胶行业优先
• ＞3 years experience working with the ISO9000 Quality Standard system
3年以上ISO质量体系工作经验
•Excellent English communications skills both verbal and written required.
优秀的英语沟通技能，包括口头和书面沟通。
