工作内容
1. Responsible for develop and optimize financial service product to make sure the product portfolio meets market needs
2. Product data analysis and report, including Extended Warranty, Accessory Insurance Product, maintenance service and other financial service package
3. EW warranty claim managements, fulfilled experience in negotiation and dispute settlement with insurance companies, ensure the process can support the sales growth
4. Industry insight of direct sales, responsible for digitization, including system development, make sure customer interests, implement data collection
5. Keep close communication with sales team, supplier, dealership and other key stakeholders
6. Training support

要求
• University degree
• Minimum 5 years working experience in automobile industry, aftersales products, insurance industry related experience is preferred
• Good understanding of automobile service products business model.
• Basic knowledge of financial service and industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong summarizing and presenting abilities;
• English skills: Fluent in oral and written format;
• PC skills: Good in Microsoft Office (PPT & Excel)
• Ability to act independently: Yes.
